Custom Orders
Orders that contain large or mixed quantities, not available using my normal order process, may be purchased by creating an Invoice. This can save on cost by volume discounting the entire order. Simply leave a message on my Contact page, including your address and quantity/type of sheets needed. You will be sent an Email invoice for review with a Complete your purchase button linking you back to my website for payment.
I accept requests from Universities or Businesses for W-9 forms.

Quantities 1 - 2: $15.00 per sheet.
Quantity 3: $14.00 per sheet
Quantity 4: $13.00 per sheet
Quantity 5 - 8: $12.00 per sheet
Quantity 9: $11.00 per sheet
Quantities 10 - 49: $10.50 per sheet
Quantities 50 - 99: $9.00 per sheet
Quantities 100 or more: $7.50 per sheet
